Headscarf Inspired

I like to spend my days off trying something new...So I rarely wear head scarves but I have always adored the look. There are so many ways to wear a head scarf. Some of the head scarf styles I like is the "turban" style (something I will be trying soon), the "urban wrap", and the simple style that inspired me (below "knot tie turban" really cute and simple)...

Found this look on "pinterest" and decided to wear it around the house today. I put my hair up in a sock bun and just simply tied the scarf at the top of my head in two knots (super easy)...check out how I wore it ....

Now I know how to sport my first head scarf look =)

My 2013 Wish List

Here are a few of my wants for 2013...I'll start with a pair of big chunky red pumps (shown above) and a cute sexy black dress! Red pumps can be worn with anything black and have a very sexy classy look...I've been telling myself for the past year I would purchase an LV wallet but now is the time! A brown LV wallet can fit in any of my handbags and not show any stains (because of the color)...I'm liking the NIXON rose gold watch. This watch is simple and gorgeous (it's a must have for me!)... A fedora hat (white) great for summer and fall wear..and some new oxford wedges (can be worn with a summer dresses, leggings, or skinny pants)

My other half of the wish list for 2013....

A little white summer dress! (for a sweet-heart look)...Another product I just haven't purchased yet but tried on, is the Viva Glam Nicki Lipstick from MAC Cosmetics (I better get it now before they discontinue it!) For summer swim-wear, I WANT and NEED a fringe bikini (really HOT).....A pair of floral flats for summer...and finally an aztec pattern skirt...

There are MANY other items on my wish list but I don't want to overwhelm myself! I'm starting off with the simple wishes :)

Sweet Summer Dress in the winter

Inspired by a pinterest look, I decided to dig out my cute pink summer dress. Why not dress it up with a scarf, leggings, booties, and a cute jacket? Any solid color summer dress would look sweet (white, black, orange, etc.). Just make sure it's not too thin (you don't want to freeze just to look cute). Here I am wearing my favorite pink Abercrombie and Fitch dress I purchased at a thrift shop here in Sacramento. Just a cute little look for a bright cold winter day ;)

Business Pink

It's Thursday! (one day closer to Friday! :) My business attire today is pretty in pink. Working in the bank industry requires me to keep it classy and professional. Here I am wearing my FAVORITE pink blazer with grey slacks, black long tee, accessorized with gold jewelry. And I actually had time to add a little tease in my hair :p

Flapper hat sweetness

The sun is shinning lovely in California today =). I've always been a hat fan but I'm not brave enough to wear them that often (it's time to get out of my comfort zone!) I decided to try a new look with a cute little inspired flapper hat. Here I am wearing it with an oversized black sweater shirt, grey long sleeve tee, black skinny pants, and a pair of light green pumps with a little black strap. The scarf i'm wearing contains green and blues. I'm liking it!

My poor LV speedy has been neglected! I'm sorry Mr. Vuitton. I've been giving so much attention to my other lover Michael Kors :-p

I've had my LV speedy for 3 years now and it never fades out of fashion. Classy, adorable, and BIG! I'm in love...
